Since 1976, Patti Hartley has established her reputation as a real estate professional. By focusing on honest and fair practices that protect and educate, Patti helps her clients make optimum decisions that produce the most rewarding results in each situation. Over the past 30+ years, Patti has facilitated real estate sales throughout the I-5 corridor of Washington State from the Oregon border to the Canadian border and including transactions ranging from single-family residential to commercial projects, including multi-family dwellings, condominium conversions and land purchases. She is experienced with a variety of financing options including the 1031 exchange process, investment partnerships and special programs for first-time buyers. Patti has completed educational courses to obtain the following certifications: Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Electronic Professional designation (e-Pro) through the Board of Realtors. Over the past five years Patti has concentrated on developing alliances with quality professionals in support areas such as remodeling, landscaping, property management and more.

Patti is the mother of three grown boys, two of which are building and remodeling homes in the Seattle area, the grandmother of one beautiful granddaughter and an avid bridge player. Playing at the tournament level, Patti has reached the rank of Gold Life Master and is only a few points away from the distinguished Diamond designation. Patti currently lives in Kirkland, Washington with her life partner, Tom.
